Our UAV systems (unmanned aerial vehicles) enable us to efficiently survey even areas that are difficult to access. These drone systems are equipped with state-of-the-art sensor technology and offer a cost-effective solution for large-scale surveying without sacrificing accuracy.

The captured data is comprehensively analyzed in our in-house data processing facility and converted into all common output formats such as LAS, LAZ, IFC, DXF, DWG, RVT and GeoTIFF. Our experts ensure that you receive the data in the format that meets your specific requirements.

Our technology

State-of-the-art sensors and software

State-of-the-art sensors and software — from terrain survey to finished point cloud. Our technology captures 1.3 million measurement points per second and generates millimeter-accurate 3D mesh models. Combined with 360° 4K panoramic images, you receive seamless digital documentation of your sewer infrastructure — evaluable on-site and integrable into your BIM/GIS systems. We support all common output formats: ISYBAU XML, DWAM150, TV-Kandis, EuroDSS, DXF, and others. Condition assessment is carried out in accordance with DIN 1986-30 and DIN EN 13508-2.

Sewer drones

Flyability Elios 3 with optional Surveying Payload and Ouster OS0-128 Rev 7 LiDAR for non-contact inspection and 3D recording of areas that are difficult to access. Depending on the operating environment, sewers, manholes, culverts and other structures can be documented with high-resolution image data and LiDAR point clouds.

LiDAR-based 3D acquisition

With the optional Surveying Payload of the Flyability Elios 3, high-density LiDAR point clouds with up to 1.3 million data points per second can be captured. In addition, high-resolution 4K image data provides a visual basis for inspecting and documenting areas that are difficult to access.

AI-supported evaluation

The captured LiDAR 3D data and 4K image data can be analyzed with software support and used for the structured recording of damage, anomalies and geometries , and can also be used to prepare reports in accordance with relevant regulations such as DIN EN 13508-2.
